*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
This role is responsible for managing, creating, and publishing original, high-quality content on our Facebook and Instagram pages, engaging with our community, and brainstorming innovative ideas for TikTok video content.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to capture the essence of our business in every post.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and engagement across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
* Create and schedule at least 5 engaging posts per week for Facebook and Instagram, including content planning, graphic design, and copywriting.
* Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and use insights to propose and execute innovative ideas for TikTok videos that align with our brand values and audience interests.
* Analyze and report on the performance of social media activities, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
* Ensure brand consistency in messaging, imagery, and tone across all social media channels.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and community engagement.
* Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), and communication skills.
* Proficiency in content management systems, photo and video editing software, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
* Knowledge of online marketing channels and SEO/SEM.
* Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
* Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
