We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of bookkeeping practices and be proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Strong experience in accounts receivable is essential.
* Proficiency in QBO and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in the automotive or real estate industry is a plus.
* Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Maintain and update accounting records across three companies: hail repair body shop, real estate holding company, and car rental company.
* Manage accounts receivable meticulously, ensuring accurate billing and timely collection from clients.
* Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for each entity.
* Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure consistency in accounting practices across all companies.
* Implement and maintain robust accounting systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Reconcile bank statements and manage ledger entries.
* Prepare and file tax documents, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for each company.
* Provide financial analysis and reports to management to aid in decision-making.
* Help manage administrative assistants.

* Salary of $50,000.
