Senior Financial Reporting Analyst - SEC & Technical Accounting

Essential job functions Assist significantly in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K and other required public filings such as earnings releases on Form 8-K and Proxy Statements Consolidate financial statements and other supporting documentation from the Company’s brands Perform fluctuation analyses for the consolidated financial statements Ensure accuracy of public filings Assist in the preparation of U.
