Day-To-Day
Provides administrative housing support for the CFO, Facilities Director, Accounting and Business Operations staff.
Composes correspondence, draft agendas, initiate/return phone calls, review incoming correspondence and determine appropriate recipient, maintain various files, for housing.
Schedules appointments, zoom, and/or teleconferences with VOATX Property Managers and Regional Managers
Travels to housing properties to gather data and assist CFO and/or Facilities Director
Creates invoices for housing billing.
Emails invoices and corrections to property accountants.
Requests reimbursement checks and follow up on such requests.
Prepares and analyzes 40+ housing reconciliations by property.
Analyzes 42 housing financial statements.
Reviews monthly variance reports from property managers and regional managers.
Downloads rent roll details and review reconciled cash reports in system.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-3 years experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must have valid Texas Driver License
