Job Title: Child Care Curriculum Behavior Coach/Mentor Company: KIDS Early Learning Centers Location: Arlington, Richardson, Ft Worth (You will Float between locations ) Are you passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to helping teachers excel in their roles? If so, we want you to join our team as a Child Care Behavior Coach/Mentor! We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with at least 5 years of Mangement /Coaching to guide our educators in setting up and planning curriculum for Frog Street, Montessori, Texas Rising Star Program, and National Accreditation standards.
Position Overview: As a Child Care Curriculum Behavior Coach Mentor you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers' professional growth and enhancing the quality of our early childhood education programs.
You will provide guidance, mentorship, and training to our teaching staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to create stimulating and developmentally appropriate learning environments that meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with educators to develop and implement curriculum plans that align with Frog Street, Montessori, Texas Rising Star Program, and National Accreditation standards.
Observe and provide constructive feedback to teachers on classroom practices, interactions, and teaching methodologies.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend appropriate strategies.
Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment for children.
Lead training sessions and workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in early childhood education and incorporate best practices into our programs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among our teaching staff.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of Mangement /cocaching/ experience in early childhood education settings.
Familiarity with Frog Street, Montessori, Texas Rising Star Program, and National Accreditation standards.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
