RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor daily EDI operations and performance.
Process EDI file imports and exports.
Analyze transaction files to identify data errors, transmission errors, and mapping errors.
Develop and test reports and integrations
Research, track, and resolve EDI issues.
Periodically perform quality analysis evaluations and audits on data and system functionality to ensure the accuracy of the database, reports, and data imports from internal and external sources.
Provide quick and effective support and problem resolution related to code on client case setups and subsequent EDI files.
Work with trading partners to resolve any operational issues.
Process system configurations and subsequent reporting structure changes.
Recognize potential flaws and deficiencies with existing code to design, test and deploy improved and scalable code.
Process and monitor all inbound and outbound documents.
Coordinate with trading partners to maintain effective EDI relationships and provide support to internal departments.
Conducts analysis of EDI transactions and is responsible for documentation and reports to ensure service level requirements are continually met with satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1 +years of professional experience designing and implementing EDI standards
Experience with Liaison suite of EDI applications (Delta, ECS Management Console, Trading Partner Manager, Liaison VAN) is a plus
1 years of EDI systems analysis experience
Experience with 3PL-specific EDI documents like 850,875,855,856, 810/880,940,945,947 etc.
is a plus
TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:
Broad technical background eager to learn
Knowledge of Federal and State governmental EDI standards is a plus
Enthusiastic, proactive, positive attitude with great listening skills and high integrity
Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
