Qualified participants will visit an actual retail store and engage in an onsite interview with a User Researcher.
Throughout the session participants will perform a series of tasks at the self-checkout area, sharing their feedback in English.
These insightful thoughts shared during the interview will be recorded for future reference which will play a crucial role in shaping a more accessible retail experience for others.
