The Role
eDriving, LLC, a Solera Company, is hiring for the following role in Westlake, TX; iOS Engineer to build next generation telematics devices for eDriving.
Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the US.
What You’ll Do:
· Participate in full software design cycle;
· Optimize and enhance business logic algorithms of telematics product;
· Collaborate with team of designers, achieving development roadmap;
· Perform unit testing, bug fixing, and improve application performance;
· Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency;
· Manage workload across multiple projects and meet tight deadlines;
· Work on new projects/features from concept to implementation by using APIs and services; and
· Review specification, providing technical designs and coding and testing applications and SDK.
Multiple positions.
Who You’ll Bring:
· Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field;
· Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation;
· Requires three (3) years of experience with each of the following: iOS software development; iOS application development and deployment to App Store; GPS tracking optimization; xCode; and Objective C and Swift.
