The Expertise and Skills You Bring 10+ years of experience.
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Technology area of study or engineering related discipline; industry recognized cloud certifications and open-source contributions are preferred.
Experience implementing complex technical solutions as an engineering thought leader, with a broad impact and scope Experience and expertise in at least one modern UI framework (e.
g.
, Angular, React) is a must.
Exposure to many frameworks is a nice to have.
Built robust front-end experiences and user-centered products, services, and platforms at scale Specialist understanding and experience with the full UI development process including planning, analysis, design, coding, user testing, problem debugging and resolution.
Subject matter expertise in strategic technologies (i.
e.
, Cloud, AI / ML, Data, Architecture) Experience in engineering large-scale enterprise platform implementations (Cloud) in complex usage scenarios and migration paths with focus on repeatability and automation.
Expertise in building large scale systems using JavaScript, Java, Python, or other high-performance languages, cloud SDKs, CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring tools and engineering cloud migration solutions.
Experience or certification in Cloud-based (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
) architectures is nice to have Ability to take ownership of technology strategy and guide decisions about end user experience.
Proficiency with Angular 8+/ React, Typescript, Core JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS Experience of consuming and designing RESTful APIs, and good knowledge of standard methodologies in API design.
Proven track record as a Technical Lead, crafting new solutions and re-platforming legacy experiences Expertise in evaluating, prototyping, and recommending emerging technologies and platforms from various technology stacks or vendors Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (Java, C++, JavaScript/NodeJS) Experience working in highly effective and agile engineering teams, helping to lead teams through advanced engineering practices - Test Driven Development, Pair Programming.
You have strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence decisions and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organization.
