You will be a key contributor supporting the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform with Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology team.
The team is focused on a strategic partnership with our Compliance and Risk business partners, and we value integrity, operational excellence, strong engineering, and technological innovation.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring Minimum 6 years’ experience in development, maintenance, testing, and support of Archer 6.
x eGRC applications including and not limited to designing complex On-Demand Applications (ODAs), and complex workflows.
5 + years’ experience in Information Security, Information Technology, security controls, and GRC industry best practices.
Thorough knowledge on Archer modules such as: Issue Management, Policy Management, Authoritative Sources, Risk Management and Risk Assessment.
Lead business requirements refinement with requestors and stakeholders Experience in creating calculated Fields, Reports, iView's, Advanced Workflows and Dashboards for various programs and processes as well custom reporting, configuring Access Controls, Record Permission, Data Driven Events & Notifications.
Expertise with integrating Archer with other tools/systems via advanced Data Feeds and RESTful APIs and be able to develop/support computations and calculations.
Translates user needs into technical specifications by understanding, conceptualizing, and facilitating technical requirements from users.
Robust critical thinking skills, coupled with a desire for growth, to learn and engage with peers in technical and design discussions.
Experience in integrating Archer GRC modules/ solutions to applications for data consumption with hands on experience in shell scripting, custom JavaScript objects and SQL.
Passion to provide guidance on standard methodologies and mentoring support to the other developers.
GRC Risk certifications (CRISC, GRCP, Archer GRC Expert) is nice to have.
The Team Fidelity's Integrated Risk Management Squad is looking for an inquisitive, driven, problem solver to be part of Fidelity’s Legal, Risk & Compliance team.
You will be a key contributor supporting the Archer Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform with Fidelity’s Enterprise Technology team.
This will include ensuring support of Agile practices and standardize the use of tools.
This position is committed to continuous and outstanding support during the deployment of these applications by gathering and understanding user needs, solving user issues, data security and enabling the standardization across the enterprise.
The base salary range for this position is $76,000-$144,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
