Fast Growing Diesel Part Manufacturer Seeking Customer Service Rep Requirements: Exceptional communication skills required Must be proficient in MS excel Able to work independently Organizational skills Knowledge diesel/automotive products a plus Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs/apps Duties: Answering incoming calls from customers and vendors * Escalating queries and concerns to sales or production team Working in MS exel and our custom databased for part look up and cross reference Problem solving for orders, shipping issues and product issues Entering of customer ordes Interfacing with production on when customers orders will be fulfilled Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.
