Front Desk Agent

_*Tempest Freerunning Academy, a world renowned parkour and freerunning facility is in search of Front Office Associates with a passion for movement, health & fitness!*_ We are looking to hire individuals with strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities and a willingness to learn the ins & outs of parkour & freerunning.
The Front Office Associate will greet & direct members, guests and staff as they enter the building and provide security and control to the front office and parent/observation areas.
This position will provide assistance to member requests, sign up new members and inform them of our policies.
They must provide great customer service as well as implement our gym rules.
They may be required to perform various administrative duties as directed by the managers.
Mind Body Online software experience is preferred.
MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE CLASSES! *Schedule:* * MUST work Friday, Saturday & Sunday as needed as well as cover weekdays when necessary.
*Qualifications & Requirements:* * Positive & energetic people only * _Must take a minimum of 6 beginner parkour classes_ * Excellent customer service skills * Strong communication skills * Proficient computer skills * Must be able to work independently AND in a group setting * Ability to multitask * Reliable transportation *Major Responsibilities:* * Greet each and every guest promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly/positive atmosphere * Maintain updated client profiles and follow-up on delinquent accounts * Process membership and merchandise sales * Follow and implement all front office policies and procedures * Answer phone calls, regularly check voicemails & respond to general inquiry emails in a professional manner * Responsible for maintaining the appearance/cleanliness of the gym inc.
Checking restroom and making sure they are fully stocked at all times Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.
