Call Center Representative - Bilingual English/Vietnamese

We’re hiring for English and Vietnamese speaking Contact Center Agents in Fort Worth and will be hosting a hiring event on December 19th and 20th! 5001 N Riverside Dr.
Fort Worth, TX 76137 *Schedule:* · Great Hours – Shifts will fall between 7:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays and will be confirmed at time of offer.
*Highlights of the responsibilities for a Patient Access Representative include:* · Functions as the first point of contact for the patient and referring physicians · Handles routine customer interactions and exhibits proficient customer service, effective listening, and empathy.
Communication channels may include phone, email, or chat · De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied patients, by offering assistance and support · Schedules patients and offers alternative scheduling options when centers dates/times are not available · Meeting or exceeding key performance indicators including but are not limited to average handle time, quality, attendance, and schedule adherence *Qualifications:* · Bilingual English / Vietnamese · Contact center and healthcare experience preferred · Minimum of one year's experience in a fast-paced customer service-oriented employment required · Scheduling experience preferred · Types at least 30 - 40 wpm and strong computer skills · Strong verbal communication and listening skills · Must be able to multi-task with various computer programs/applications · Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work for this on-site role Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * Day shift Work Location: In person
