Roadside Assistance Dispatcher

```Duties``` - Coordinate the pick up and delivery of customer vehicle to customers requested location - Monitor and track drivers using company provided GPS and tracking software - Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure timely delivery of customers vehicle - Answer phone calls accept incoming calls/ jobs on phone or dispatching software (towbook) - Answer calls from customers and keep customers updated on status of there service - Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries - Confirm customers pick up address and drop off locations address - Enter all details of call in notes (pick up and drop off location name) what issue is with vehicle the key location - possibly cover another co workers shift ```Skills``` - Proficient in using GPS and tracking software to track customers vehicle - Knowledge of dispatching and dfw area - profency of computers - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with drivers, staff, and customers This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should be able to prioritize tasks effectively, think critically, and communicate clearly.
hours are 6pm to 6 am Monday - Wendsday more hours in future are possible and day shift will be open in future 6 am to 6pm monday thru friday for the right candidate Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
