Position: We are growing and seeking a Dispatcher for our warehouse.
You will communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure coordinated schedules and timely delivery to our customers.
This is a supervisory position with direct reports requiring managerial skills.

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, dispatching and assuring quality of product.
· Ensure warehouse staff and delivery driver’s work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies.
· Assists as necessary the loading and unloading of trucks to minimize damage to material.
· Receive and prioritize service requests.
· Dispatch drivers and field personnel.
· Monitor task progress and provide updates.
· Coordinate routes and schedules for efficiency.
· Maintain accurate dispatch records.
· Respond to emergencies and service disruptions.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
· This role is a safety sensitive position, subject to routine drug screenings.
