As a certified Life Coach I’ve found my heart is geared toward helping men who have been through divorces/separations, have children, have children with special needs, in difficult co-parenting situations or any combo of those.
I’ve personally been down all of those paths and want to be able to give back.
Mental Health is a huge part of our society that still wears a stigma for addressing.
In the coaching format I’m free to “self disclose” in a way therapists are limited.
I can share my experiences and challenges to help find a path of forward momentum for you.
