HOARDER HOME RATES BELOW
1 cleaner $60 per hour
2 cleaners $120 per hour
You must provide contractor black bags.
You must provide dump to put black bags or we will put outside in your designated area.
Home must be free of bugs such as fleas, roaches.
If these are present you need to bomb the house a week prior to our appt.
Hoarding homes are booked in 4 hour blocks of time.
2 cleaners can usually clear 3-4 rooms in 4 hours or so.
Someone MUST be onsite during hoarding trashout to supervise us throwing things away, we recommend you to have piles that are trash already by the time you book us! We are not responsible for throwing away valuable items.
If its in the pile we assume its trash.
If you need help organizing the trash from Not trash pls book a separate organizing appt prior to the hoarding trashout to help organize at 40 per hour for 1 person and 80 per hour for 2 persons.
Trash out labor is not for heavy furniture we will take out what fits in the large contractor black bags.
Heavy items such as sofa, mattress, TV stand, desk etc will be left behind for you to arrange moving men to remove.
