Corporate Attorney

Emissions Control Manufacturing company seeks Cooperate Attorney Duties: - Provide legal advice and guidance to the company on a wide range of corporate matters - Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies - Draft complaints & cease and desist letters - Represent the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks - Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations - Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures Qualifications: - Juris Doctor (J.
D.
