The Registered Dental Assistant is responsible for assisting the dentist chairside and caring for patients, focusing their time and efforts on quality, value-driven dental care.
Some time will also be spent assisting the hygiene team.
Requirements:
-Must have some experience in a dental practice as an RDA; 1+ years preferred
-Must have a valid RDA certificate
-CPR and radiograph certification preferred
-Experience with Dentrix a plus
-Exceptional communication skills
-High degree of emotional intelligence
-Proven computer and time management skills
-Partnering with our doctors, dental assistants, hygienists, and front office team to ensure the highest level of service for our patients
This is a full-time position (32 hours/week) *Tuesday through Friday*.
T/W/Th is from 7:30 AM-5:00 PM, and F is from 7:30 AM-2:00 PM.
No nights or weekends.
