Position Summary:
The Operations Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting cross functional department teams in scheduling partner meetings, providing progress report updates for internal and external partners, and additional corporate office administrative duties as assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
Maintain corporate support organization contactlist.
Facilitate scheduling meetings for senior leadership.
Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department.
Compile and update various reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for internal and external customers.
Facilitate taking meeting minutes and reporting out deliverables to various teams/leadership.
Facilitate collaboration and gathering of department updates for executive leadership presentations.
Work with various departments across the organization to ensure all administrative and operational projects/initiatives are completed as needed.
Maintain corporate office contact list and distribute to all internal and external entities.
Various administrative duties as requested.
Requirements:
Basic:
2-4 years of experience in administrative/operations support role
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
HS Diploma
Working towards bachelor’s degree in business or related fields preferred
Experience in business or healthcare related field preferred
