Dental Assistant

Title: Dental Assistant Location: Keller Parkway Family Dental Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled dental assistant to join our dental practice.
The dental assistant will provide support to the dentist, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care.
The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: * Assisting the dentist during procedures * Taking and developing dental x-rays * Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment * Greeting and preparing patients for dental procedures * Taking and recording medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients * Providing post-operative instructions to patients * Maintaining and updating patient records * Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment * Cleaning and organizing dental treatment rooms * Assisting with front office tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and billing patients Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Completion of an accredited dental assistant program * Current CPR certification * X-ray certification * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail and accuracy * Strong customer service skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter.
