Position Overview:
Exceed Healthcare is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to provide high-level administrative support to our DFW based medical group.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operational and administrative functions essential to the seamless operations across multiple healthcare facilities and systems.
This dynamic leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of healthcare management, a proven track record in optimizing practice efficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal patient care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize critical care services and resource allocation.
Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Staff Management
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Assist Department leaders with staff scheduling solutions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and responding to inquiries on behalf of the executive team.
Facilitate staff evaluations and performance reviews
Team Leadership
Assist with recruitment, facilitate training and provide managerial leadership to a specialized team of medical professionals.
Identification and development of company leaders.
Plan and coordinate board meetings ensuring all necessary materials and resources are prepared and available.
Financial Management:
Manage the practice budget, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures.
Oversee billing processes and work closely with billing staff to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Patient Experience:
Implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and experience.
Address patient concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations.
Quality Assurance:
Coordinate and communicate quality assurance initiatives with clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care across all facilities.
Monitor and analyze critical care metrics.
Technology and Systems:
Evaluate, implement, and optimize healthcare information systems.
Stay abreast of technological advancements to enhance practice efficiency.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic plans for practice growth.
Identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement.

Requirements:
Qualifications: Proven experience in medical administrative leadership and management.
Organizational leadership and/or management experience.
Self Directed
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software and communication tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education and Experience:
Flexibility to work in multiple locations
Masters in Healthcare Administration required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare administration.
