Job Summary:
The Integris HR Operations Administrator (HROA) is responsible for day-to-day HR and benefits administration, leave of absence administration, and employee offboarding processes.
The HROA is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external vendors.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding general HR needs and employee benefits programs.
Coordinate enrollment, changes, and terminations of benefits plans.
Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and submit for payment.
Liaise with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate processing of benefits-related transactions.
Assist in the development and delivery of employee benefits communications and educational materials.
Manage the leave of absence process, including FMLA, disability, personal leaves, and other statutory and company-sponsored leave programs.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on leave policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave usage and eligibility.
Provide assistance with general HR needs such as ticket dispatch and response, offboarding activities, and other applicable needs.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports from HRIS and other systems to support HR and business decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
1 year of experience in HR administration preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
