Must have current CNA certification.
* *The HHA is responsible for providing professional, compassionate, and quality care for hospice patients in a memory care community.
* ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct patient care under direction of the RN and according to the Plan of Care.
Practice accepted infection control principles.
Provide clean, safe and comfortable environment.
Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
Notifies appropriate licensed staff when patient complains of pain.
Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.
Completes annual educational requirements.
Complies with all organizational policies, regarding ethical practices.
