What You Will Do: Concept Phase: Collaborate with teams to research user needs, develop intelligence roadmaps, explore new technologies, and generate product design concepts.
Development Phase: Serve as the R&D product owner, documenting key decisions, fostering collaboration, and driving consensus across teams.
Leading Technical Design Reviews Execution Phase: Lead cross-functional teams to solve technical and usability challenges, ensuring design integrity throughout the development lifecycle.
Role Responsibilities: Perform research to understand market needs and identify customer pain-points that can be solved by connected Intelligent systems.
Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications.
Manage trade-offs among customer experience, performance, profitability, and operational support load.
Work alongside hardware and software teams to deliver products/ features on time, with quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to execute product launches.
Improve product operations efficiency.
What You Will Need: (Minimum qualifications) Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering field (Biomedical, Software, Electrical).
4+ years of experience in software, electrical, or electro-mechanical engineering fields, preferably in a regulated product development.
Experience leading 2 or more products through the complete development lifecycle.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process.
Experience with feature prioritization and product roadmap tradeoffs.
Familiarity/experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.
