This is a chrome, Hamilton KB-38 guitar stand.
I have been the only owner.
It is very sturdy and completely adjustable.
As shown in the photos, the legs can extend to adjust the amount of lean and neck adjusts to change the height of the hanger fork.
It folds to make it very easy to store or transport.
It is in excellent condition.
Sweetwater sells these new for $34.
