Johannas Seiler grand Piano The piano is in perfect condition.
Piano is about 9 years old.
It has been played gently by our School aged daughters.
Piano has been upkept and professionally tuned every year.
Model number is GS 175.
They classify this as a Grand piano (not a baby grand) .
It is 5'9" , but it has a slightly squraed off back, which reduced some space it takes, yet provided the wire length comparable to a 6'0".
The bench is included as well.
According to both sites below the MSRP is currently at $32,971 and the SMP is $25,423, plus you save over $2000 in tax.
