Our Kiosk Agents provide excellent service to those renting our vehicles.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
* Prepare the rental agreement and offer optional products and services to the customer
* Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone and in email inquiries
* Complete daily lists and organize the reservations according to the available fleet
* Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
*Requirements:*
* Must be 18 years of age
* Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written skills
* Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
* Proficient in English and Spanish preferred
