I have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath house and I am looking to rent a private room (key locked) to a professional man or woman who pays rent on time.
Smoking and animals not permitted on premises.
I’m 24 years old, and the other tenant in the home is 25.
It is a very casual home.
You can come and go when you want (nobody cares), just be considerate, and clean up after yourself.
There will be a total of 3 people living here (one per room).
Bathroom is shared.
Utilities will be split evenly.
Room is currently furnished with a full size bed, dresser and chest, but that can be moved out if you come with your own furniture.
Room comes with a large walk in closet.
