The house consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lot of open space.
I currently have one room available.
You will be sharing the guest bathroom with the other two male tenants.
Each room has a lock and key for your privacy.
I also have a Ring security camera in the front and back of the home.
I have a dresser you can use if you need it.
Other than that, you will need to provide your own furniture for your bedroom.
If you don't have a TV, the main living room features a 75 inch LED 4K TV that you'll have access to on a daily basis.
I also have a 65 inch 4K OLED TV in the second living room.
Lastly, I have a projector and projector screen mounted in the garage, so you can watch TV while lifting weights or just hanging out.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
All rooms are for single occupancy with one vehicle permitted.
The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood -- located minutes away from major highways 360 and 121.
- 5 minutes from restaurants, shopping centers, and beautiful parks.
- 15 minutes away from TCC NE Campus, Northeast Mall, and Grapevine Mills Mall.
- 10 minutes away from DFW Airport.
- Plenty to do within a short drive.
You will have access to kitchen, both living rooms, laundry room, backyard, front yard, and garage.
The home includes the following:
- Parking space (in driveway or in front of house)
- Internet (WiFi)
- DTV
- Water
- Electricity (air/heat)
- Bathroom (shared)
- Stainless steel kitchen appliances (cooking range, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer)
- Pots and pans, dishes, glassware, silverware
- Washer and dryer
I will require a month-to-month lease agreement that will require signature and a copy of your ID in advance for a background check.
No deposit, but the first month's rent will be required the day you move in.
I've done this for years now, so I know how people can operate and I have to make sure to cover my bases.
You'll be hard pressed to find a private room in a house with as many amenities and open space as this one.
