The house is right on Heritage Trace Pkwy so you have immediate access to: -Alliance Town Center -Presidio Towne Crossing -Tanger Outlet Malls -Golden Triangle -Western Center -Texas Motor Speedway Monthly rent includes electricity, water, WiFi high-speed internet access, a public office space with printer/desktop availability, access to all public spaces, individual storage spaces in laundry/closet/kitchen cabinet/pantry/fridge, street parking, etc.
