Company & Position Summary
In the Sales and Closing Coordinator role you will be responsible for all aspects of the contracts and closing process to support the division.
Responsible for managing of closing, seller documents, mortgage status, and provides contract revisions to the title company.
Principal Duties & Specific Tasks
Process and execute sales contracts in a timely manner
Review all contracts for completeness and accuracy
Preparation of various closing related documents and reports
Create and maintain all contracts and addendums
Update and maintain closing information and loan status in the correct software programs
Manage weekly sales and closing reports
Resolving of any closing issues between all parties
Maintain open communication with title company and NHC’s, Construction Managers, and Lenders to coordinate a schedule closing date
Assist in other various closing related duties/task as needed
Education Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Knowledge of sales contracts and purchase agreements
Proficient with standard software such as Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Maintain proper and professional etiquette and appearance.
Exemplary customer service skills
Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly in fast-paced high work volume
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and producers
Strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with all employees
Flexibility to help assist with new task and office change
Capacity to prioritize and delegate tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi- task and prioritize work
Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a background check
High School Diploma or GED required
College Degree preferred, but not required
2+ years of an administrative role experience preferred
