POSITION SUMMARY:
The EMIC/KCBC Liaison will function as an intermediary between EMIC, KCBC, and the Communications Department, including content writers, graphic designers, and other teams on related web, print, platform advertising, and more.
Functions as a manager of projects between the Communications, EMIC, and KCBC teams, focused on project flow, project completion and intercommunication with other departments within Kenneth Copeland Ministries.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Function as liaison between EMIC, KCBC, and Partner Development team, as well as writers, graphics designers, and internal teams on related web, print, platform advertising and more.
Develops operational processes, tools and procedures to facilitate the successful execution of communication needs and status reporting to internal team and EMIC/KCBC leadership.
Collaborate and ideate with the Partner Development team to support EMIC, KCBC, and KCM Partner Development initiatives.
Assist in the management and execution of various Partner Development projects relating to KCM Partners and Friends, EMIC and KCBC Attends and participates in EMIC’s Wednesday and Sunday services regularly and faithfully.
Effectively manage and oversee all church and college receipts and printed communications.
Ideate and/or collaborate on monthly magazine print advertisements and other print media as appropriate to communicate church and college expansion, special events, schedule changes and more.
Responsible for overseeing continual website, social and other platforms audits for accuracy, freshness, and with an eye to overall ministry objectives as pertaining to KCM, EMIC, and KCBC.
Collaborate with KCM, EMIC, and KCBC teams on strategy for readily available and promotional content.
Develop presentations for KCM, EMIC, and KCBC special events and more as needed, at the department or executive level.
Serve as part of the product team that ideates, coordinates, and executes new product and merchandise rollouts for KCM, EMIC, and KCBC brands.
Create regular, detailed status reports on all projects moving through the department, as well as resource allocation Communicate regularly with the team on issues, challenges, and breakthroughs with projects Initiate and follow through on project workflow challenges and quality assurance issues Ensure that project goals and objectives are accomplished according to time, cost, and performance standards Provide quality assurance on projects, making sure they follow the standards set forth.
Communicate with a pool of artists, designers, and writers for projects and the print center and print vendors at hand-both on-site and outside KCM Control the expenditure of resources Call and facilitate meetings as required, delegating tasks, and following up on the progress Follow-up with other KCM departments, both locally and internationally, on project effectiveness and interdepartmental impact Work alongside the Partner Development Manager to achieve goals, create new projects, and challenge current projects Other duties as required and/or assigned.
Requirements: JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma Bachelor’s degree or Bible college degree preferred, or equivalent experience Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience: Minimum 3 years managing projects or equivalent experience or training Experience leading and motivating others to assist in project completion preferred Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Basecamp, PowerPoint/Keynote and/or other communication/project management software Ability to handle deadline pressures professionally Ability to create and present professional presentations Ability to articulate project direction and directives and follow ministry trends as well as market trends Good working knowledge of conventional and electronic prepress and printing procedures Good working knowledge of new media marketing techniques and social media marketing Goal-oriented, self-motivated, understanding and utilize effective time management practices Creative, analytical thinker, conscientious, consistent, progressive Excellent communication skills Must be detail-oriented and accurate Ability to think through situations and make responsible decisions Ability to lead and creatively contribute to meetings Must be a self-starter/assertive and extremely dependable Ability to manage high volume of work and be able to switch job-to-job quickly, mentally, and physically Ability to take projects and walk them through all channels to completion Must be capable of working independently with little supervision on assigned projects and meet deadlines High level of maturity/confidentiality required Deep understanding of Adobe art projects EQUIPMENT TO BE USED: Mac or PC computer, comfortable chair WORKING CONDITIONS: Works in a normal office environment OTHER: Born again believer and must adhere to this organization's doctrines as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives.
Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties, and divisions Must maintain a good attendance record Membership and attendance at EMIC is required for the EMIC/KCBC liaison position to be aware of the innerworkings of EMIC, and the events, services and activities that needs to be supported.
Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills Ability to work with people of all cultures
