This person will oversee the Member Services Department at the White Rock YMCA and will be r esponsible for the day to day operations of the Member Services department alongside the Associate Executive Director.
Qualifications
This position requires an energetic personality who can strategically complete multiple projects at one time, while motivating staff to do the same.
Associates Degree and/or at least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
Must possess the physical, visual, and auditory capabilities to perform all job-related responsibilities.
Enthusiasm, a professional personal image and the ability to work harmoniously with staff and members are imperative.
Some college preferred.
Organization skills required.
CORE (POS) Level 1, and 2 required within 60 days of hire.
Essential Functions
Direct supervision of approximately 25 part-time staff which includes recruiting, hiring, training, coaching and termination of part time staff.
Ensuring program information is accurate, up-to-date, and communicated in a consistent manner to staff, members and the community.
Responsible for membership staff payroll, as well as creating and adhering to membership budget-expenses.
Must meet and/or exceed the membership monthly sales goals for the branch.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of front desk data entry and tracking.
Will require availability of opening shifts and an occasional weekend shift.
Provide leadership to Annual Campaign and Community Events.
