Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets - Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features, benefits, and specifications to customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays - Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings - Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives Requirements: - Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in technical sales, wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is preferred - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
