Job Summary Chili's is looking for a driven, collaborative, and detail-oriented thinker to join our marketing team.
This individual will be at the forefront of Chili's brand storytelling efforts as they manage the production and fulfillment of TV production, creative campaigns, photoshoots and other creative/production needs for the brand.
This person will help directly bring production projects to life, from conception, execution and beyond.
This role will manage production needs, partner with creative and marketing leaders, and bring wildly creative conceptual ideas to living, breathing color.

This role will be critical to the short- and long-term success of the brand as they help define the look and feel of Chili's visual persona across TV, menu, cultural moments and beyond.
Your Key Job Functions • Manage the day-to-day production needs leading up to, throughout and post for national campaigns, local photography productions and additional creative projects as needed.
• Production examples could include TV shoots, added value media opportunities, margarita of them month photoshoots, menu photoshoots, online ordering photoshoots and more.
• Creative project coordination • Gathering internal stakeholder input & creative needs • Timeline creation and management • Budget details • Managing feedback review sessions • Assisting in brief creation • Production Management • Coordinate and run pre-production meetings.
• Gather line builds, coordinate couriers, and manage schedules as needed.
• Coordinate food orders as needed.
• Host productions and photoshoots while coordinating with varying channel owners.
• Point person between stylist, photographer, culinary team, marketing team, agency partners • Postproduction Management and Delivery • Delivery of the files across channel owners • Collect necessary files for trafficking and work closely with media manager to ensure all deadlines are met.
• File management and library ownership • Manage production workflow of deliverables, schedules, and budget.
• Partner closely with marketing leads to develop creative vision and share across channels from concept to communication.
• Work with other functions to devise deliverables and ensure accurate delivery of campaign assets for brand cohesion.
• Responsible for asset delivery across cross functional teams as needed.
• Fostering and cultivating trusting relationships between internal stakeholders and agency partnerships.
What You Bring to the Team • Bachelor's degree in relevant field, i.
e.
advertising, communications, video production or marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience with broadcast production, including managing all production components.
• 5-7 years of experience if coming from creative agency side.
Background in Food &Beverage, Production, Project Management preferred.
• Project & Process Management: Manage time and competing priorities to meet deadlines.
Identify and implement system and process improvements while keeping budget constraints top of mind.
• Project management certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Work Collaboratively : Ability to effectively build relationships, collaborate and influence across the Business.
• Strategic & Creative Thinking : Experience leading agency, digital and production teams.
Experience writing focused briefs, evaluating creative and providing actionable feedback.
• Effective Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to confidently & concisely present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• High Energy & Strong Attention to Detail: Self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively against demanding timelines • Think Forward: Think holistically and strategically to foresee the impact of Marketing initiatives on all functions within the restaurant as well as the Guest experience.
• Ability to strategically problem-solve and work towards creative resolutions.
