America is seeking a Business Development Project Manager to contribute to our company’s growth.
As a front-facing representative, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective strategies to develop corporate sales as well as managing the expansion of new locations.
Your primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by coordinating people and processes to ensure timely project delivery and successful outcomes.
You will be the go-to person for project organization, timelines, and execution.
This role combines business acumen, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.

· Create a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
· Assist in sourcing new store locations and manage store opening projects from selection to successful launch.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
· Promote the company’s products and services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
· Develop detailed project plans, including scoping, objectives, and technical feasibility.
· Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
· Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
· Establish and maintain relationships with clients and all relevant stakeholders.
· Report project progress using suitable systems and tools.
· Escalate issues as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS · Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
· Demonstrated sales track record.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· Proven working experience in project management or related roles.
· Ability to build rapport with clients.
· Effective time management and planning skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, sales, a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.
g.
, Salesforce).
· Ability to oversee multiple tasks and solve complex problems.
· Strong follow through-thinker who takes initiative in tackling projects, an overall forward-thinking analytical person.
· On the pulse of new/better systems and software, tech savvy and ability to self-teach.
· Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with facilities management is a plus.
