Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of canvassers and provide guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to meet sales goals
- Train and onboard new canvassers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Coordinate and schedule door-to-door canvassing activities in target areas
- Communicate effectively with team members, providing clear instructions and feedback
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassers, providing coaching and performance improvement plans as needed
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads or areas for canvassing
- Manage data collection and reporting on canvassing efforts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising a team, preferably in a sales or fundraising environment
- Strong negotiation skills to engage with potential customers or donors
- Knowledge of door-to-door canvassing techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales or fundraising experience is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in languages relevant to the target demographic
