We’re on the hunt for a marketing & social media specialist who’s ready to dive deep into the marketing and social media world.
The candidate’s role is responsible for crafting and executing compelling content across various social media platforms as well as marketing and tracking the performance within different markets.
This position requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding for digital trends.
This position also requires a knowledge of photography and videography for social media and other online platforms.
*Responsibilities:*
* Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
* Design and develop email marketing strategies to promote and market the brands.
* Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms.
* All aspects of photo/video production, including creating, editing, audio/sound, & color correction.
* Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
* Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering a positive online community.
* Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns.
* Stay updated with industry trends and platform changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
*Skills & Abilities *
* Must be able to work as a team in a creative-group environment, work independently and be self-motivated as needed.
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Omnisend, etc.
)
* Ability to produce high-quality photos/videos for social media and other marketing needs.
*Education & Experience: *
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related experience
* Social media marketing: 3 year (required)
* Videography: 1 year (preferred)
* Fashion experience: 1 year (preferred)
