Job Responsibilities Understand and implement insurance sales process Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to policy delivery) Present and demonstrate coverage and protection options Review, update and manage daily sales tasks Create and execute strategies for increasing market share, and account rounding Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership Retain existing business, & reach monthly sales goals to meet agency standards Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software Education and/or Experience Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
