#hybrid #DFW #dallas #coppell JOB SUMMARY The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving budgeted sales by managing and working with CID customers and Account Executives in the assigned region.
The Inside Sales team works predominately with existing accounts, but also with prospective accounts on occasion.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Contacts existing customers to: build replenishment and seasonal programs, identifies and initiates follow up on new product opportunities, maintain the CID relationship and grow accounts to meet established sales targets; provides continuous support to sales team in order to help achieve maximum sales potential Builds strong relationships with and support structure for accounts within the region Increases sell-in and sell-through by working with TSM and internal stakeholders to prepare, plan and deliver a clear comprehensive merchandising presentation on a seasonal basis Prepares, maintains and distributes weekly report of account activity and planning initiatives to sales leaders Communicates regularly with Customer Service and Sales teams and partners on accounts to provide solutions to customers Actively partners with departments such as Design Customer Care, Marketing and/or Finance to ensure we deliver an outstanding customer experience; continuously reviews information on new and existing product lines and educates customers on available products/solutions Represents Inside Sales at trade shows and/or corporate events as needed QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Inside Sales History of sales target achievement Possesses knowledge of organizational strategies and techniques Able to create and understand data, then communicate the desired plan based on that data Experience with Salesforce and ecommerce platforms is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Desire to embrace new technology and hold a curiosity on its application to current and future work COMPETENCIES Relationship Building – Salespeople in Account Development build effective long-term professional interactions with others based on trust: trust that they will always work toward the best interest of those involved and that they are sufficiently competent to provide positive results.
