SONU Sleep is looking for a highly driven and dynamic mattress sales representative to join the team!
*Key Responsibilities:*
*Sales Generation: *Make initial contact with new B2B clients through self-generated leads.
Proactively identify and qualify all leads to develop and maintain a full sales pipeline, and convert opportunities into successful sale contributing the company’s revenue and expansion goals.
*Customer Engagement:* Engage with potential B2B customers via in-person, phone and email channels.
Understand their needs, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements.
*Product Knowledge:* Develop a deep understanding of SONU Sleep products and their features.
Clearly articulate value propositions of our products to the potential retailers and provide accurate information to address inquiries.
*Relationship Building:* Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer services.
Follow up on sale inquiries, provide post-sales support & training, and address any concerns timely.
*Qualifications:*
· Previous, proven experience in furniture and mattress sales.
· Existing knowledge of retail furniture and mattress chains/franchises in the assigned territory.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Results-oriented, innovative, possess strong problem solving and negotiation skills
· An outgoing personality which enjoys interacting with merchandisers and building relationships.
· High school diploma or equivalent; A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license.
· Proven track record of being dependable.
· Regularly lift, move, kneel, bend and place up to 50 pounds of inventory and/or merchandising displays as needed.
· Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office programs.
