Regional Sales Director

Party Host Helpers is certified woman owned a nation-wide event staffing company with over 10 years of a proven growth history.
We provide servers, bartenders, event leads and general helpers for in-home parties through large corporate events.
We have a motivated team of sales directors across the country who are responsible for business development and staffing within their set geography.
We provide all sales tools and you can work how and when you want to manage the business.
This job is fully remote but we want you to have a local connection to the area you are managing.
You can work the hours you want and pay is directly aligned with sales.
You are paid full commission.
*Sales Responsibilities:* - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as residential party hosts, event planners, catering companies, venue operators and other event experts.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
We have nationally established relationships and proactive marketing plans already in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as corporate operations, accounting, marketing.
