We offer scheduled maintenance to reduce the downtime of any access control system (gates, door locks, etc) as well as keep our customer’s fence line and gate clean and functional for years to come.
We also provide an on-call service on an as needed basis.

*The Opportunity:* Your primary focus will be B2B sales in two distinct market segments in the Dallas Fort Worth Area: Homeowner Associations and Apartment Complexes, and more generally Property Managers.
You will be responsible for enhancing existing client relationships while prospecting and developing new relationships.
This position is typically 25% inside and 75% outside sales.
Within these markets you will be focusing on educating and selling new Video Telephone Entry Systems with cloud and managed services provided by Dallas Automatic Gate.
These systems are generally required on all properties with automatic gates.
Updated technology combined with hardware obsolescence in the market has created a significant opportunity to update how people open/close/control their perimeter security such as gates.
You will uncover and develop sales opportunities within existing and new accounts through proactive relationship management of all possible key decision makers and influencers.
Through these relationships, you will maximize sales by delivering solution-oriented problem solving to clients, in line with DAG's strategic priorities, gross margin objectives, and defined sales process.
· Efficiently prospect, develop, and negotiate for new leads through referrals, company-provided leads, existing customers, trade shows, networking groups, warm leads, and cold calling.
· Develop and maintain existing customer relationships.
· Use digital selling tools and technology to conduct consultative B2B sales presentations, and design customized security, video, and business automation solutions.
· Attend necessary training for product knowledge, fit and use.
· Set up webinars, online demos, conference calls, lunch & learns, coffee breaks with prospects and existing customers.
· Demo the tool(s) to prospects.
· Sign up PM companies for access management as a service.
· Ability to close significant transactions by meeting face to face with potential or existing customers.
· Maintain customer touch throughout the sales process.
· Prepare written proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.
· Provide accurate and timely reports including forecasts and activities.
· Stay informed of new developments in the Property Management and HOA space.
Consistently build and maintain a robust network of business contacts within the industry, related associations.

Requirements * Minimum 2 years of B2B experience (Property management exposure a plus) * Technical aptitude a plus and exposure to access control * Valid US driver’s license * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficient in speaking English (multiple languages a plus) * Lifting 50+ pounds (equipment for demo and tradeshows) * Well spoken and articulate Experience: * Minimum 2 years B2B experience * Sales to Property management (preferred) *What’s in it for me?* DAG provides top pay to our highest performers.
