SUMMARY:
FOR FULFILLMENT CENTER MODEL ONLY:
The Division Sales Center Manager is responsible for all Customer Service and all Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable duties within a division.
Ensures a high-level of customer service, including resolution of customer issues and troubleshooting.
Has overall accountability for all financial results, expenses, and asset control.
JOB DUTIES:
• Hires, manages, develops, and reviews Customer Service and Administrative employees within the Sales Center.
• Manages all DMR activities.
• Manages the division P&L, financial assets, fixed asset purchases, CAPEX budget, along with building, vehicle, and office equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for all order management, purchase order management & reporting, and management tool reporting.
• Responsible for all compliance, including but not limited to: internal/external audit, ISO audit, employee health & safety, and mileage logs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and more than seven (7) years of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Leadership, communication, relationship and people management skills required
• Analytical and mathematic skills required
• Financial acumen required
• Reliability, organization and attention to detail required
