Our center is committed to offering cutting-edge services including weight loss programs, hair restoration treatments, and comprehensive medical aesthetics services, all designed to enhance our clients' health and beauty from the inside out.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with onsite physician to assist with a range of medical wellness services, such as weight loss management, hair restoration procedures, and holistic wellness services.
* Deliver high-quality aesthetic services, including but not limited to IPL, Microneedling, Laser hair removal, body contouring, facials, renerative skin treatments.
* Educate clients on the benefits of our medical and aesthetics services and product offerings, guiding them towards achieving their health and beauty objectives.
* Skillfully promote spa packages, memberships, and products,providing personalized recommendations to meet clients' needs.
* Participate in opportunities to improve skills and knowledge in aesthetic and wellness treatments and client care.
* Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and implement strategies for business growth and to elevate the client experience.
*Ideal Candidate Profile:*
* Certified Aesthetician with a strong interest or background in medical wellness.
* Passionate about combining beauty and health to improve clients’ wellbeing.
* Experience in sales, with a proven track record of effectively recommending wellness and beauty solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and medical professionals.
* Highly adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment and responsive to the evolving needs of the business and its clients.
* Eager for professional growth, with a commitment to ongoing learning in both aesthetic and medical wellness fields.
* Positive and team-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for contributing to the success and growth of the business.
* Qualifications:
- Valid aesthetician license in the state of Texas
- Experience in Medical Aesthetics and wellness
