Responsibilities:
Client Scheduling: Master the art of juggling schedules to ensure smooth client flow.
Customer Care: Be the friendly face our clients look forward to seeing, providing top-notch customer service.
Education: Share your knowledge of aesthetic treatments, helping clients make informed decisions.
Phone Etiquette: Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
Office Pace: Set the rhythm for the office, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Restocking and Inventories: Keep supplies stocked and manage inventory levels to ensure a seamless operation.
Be and Example: Act in a manner that is reflective of our core values and mission.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the aesthetic or spa industry is a *MUST.

Proven expertise in scheduling, customer service, and office management.
