*Responsibilities:*
Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion, in accordance with client needs and preferences.
Conduct thorough skincare consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
Provide hair removal services such as waxing, threading, and sugaring.
Perform body treatments, including wraps and exfoliation, to enhance clients' overall well-being.
Stay informed about the latest skincare trends, products, and technologies to offer clients the best possible experience.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized.
Uphold the highest standards of customer service, creating a positive and welcoming experience for clients.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Adhere to all spa/salon policies and protocols.
*Qualifications:*
Valid state license in esthetics.
Proven experience as an esthetician in a spa/salon setting.
Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess clients' skin conditions and customize treatments accordingly.
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
