*Role Mission:* The She’s Happy Hair Sales Associate is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting the customers’ individual needs and expectations, building individual sales volume and establishing customer relationships.
They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base & spend, and partner effectively with other team members.
The Associate will have an important role of driving conversion and sales while helping ensure the right customer experience is happening at all times.
In addition, they may perform other customer service duties to support the store team, as needed.
While required to perform some operational tasks to appropriate service customer needs, the main focus of this role is to support and deliver Service Excellence.
The individual will also serve as a She’s Happy Hair Ambassador by promoting the philosophy and values of the brand.

* Pull data from multiple software systems to verify information * Notify customer and/or management regarding status of orders * Adjust order allocations as needed to fulfill customer purchase orders * Notify Management of any order processing issues that may occur.
