K&B Exteriors and Remodeling is a growing construction company in the DFW area, we are looking for sub-contractors both new and experienced, in various areas of remodeling, construction, gutters etc.

Responsibilities:
- Perform construction inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Assist with concrete forming and pouring for various construction projects
- Lay tiles and perform tile work for floors, walls, and other surfaces
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Install and plumb fixtures, pipes, and plumbing systems
- Assist with hardscape installation, including paving stones, retaining walls, and outdoor structures
- Restore and repair damaged structures or surfaces
- Perform construction painting, including priming, painting, and finishing
- Complete trim carpentry tasks such as installing baseboards, crown molding, and cabinetry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction inspection and knowledge of building codes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and construction plans
- Strong skills in concrete forming and tile laying
- Welding certification or experience in metal fabrication
- Plumbing experience and knowledge of plumbing systems
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to restore and repair damaged structures or surfaces
- Experience in construction painting techniques
- Proficiency in trim carpentry tasks
